It honors Veronica’s late grandmother, Lourdes, whose name and legacy continue to inspire the space. “It’s pronounced ‘Loo-r-des,’ but some say ‘Lords,’ and that’s fine too,” Veronica explained. It’s a thoughtful nod to family and tradition woven into the heart of the business.
